Amazing does not describe Suzanne! From our first meeting I felt like I was in good hands. She researched my area and kept up with the competition. I had not kept up with house maintenance so she knew the selling points that I should put money into to bring top dollar. She had a variety of contractors to contact and most of the work was done after I had left the state, so I did trust her to put her best into my house - like it was her own. She always kept me informed or explained all the legal documents, so I felt comfortable signing. Suzanne is the realtor that you should hire for the best buying or selling experience.

I can't say enough good things about Suzanne. Our home needed a few things done to make it look its best, and Suzanne helped us out and arranged the crews to come in and touch things up. Our first buyer fell through, but Suzanne jumped back on it, and we were back into contract within 48 hours and for a higher sale price. She even was familiar and helpful arranging a remote contract signing as we had already moved out of our home. Again, she is amazing with her industry knowledge, keeping in contact and up to date with her clients, and using her network to reach out to contractors and other agents to get things done.

I tried 3 real estate agents prior to being referred to Suzanne by a friend, and those 3 other agents didn't even come close to my experience with Suzanne which was nothing short of phenomenal. Throughout the process, we felt like her only client (this was the way she was described by my friend as well) - she was incredibly responsive, proactive, scrappy - she would build/maintain relationships with agents for every home we were interested in and continually give us updates / insights / opportunities / deals throughout. In the 7 months we worked with her, she must've sent me at least 100 disclosures (and answered questions on at least 40 of them), presented us with 7 insanely competitive deals, let us know about 20 homes before they were coming onto market, saw at least 25 homes in-person shortly after it was listed, helped us put in close to 10 offers (landing the final one - which was our favorite and dream home, at a great price: our home has already risen in 125K in value since purchasing while all the other homes we saw have been declining in value). During and throughout the searching / purchasing process she would pre-emptively help us identify/flag dealbreakers and/or home issues, and help us find bids/professional insights to resolve such issues. We felt incredibly supported as both friend and client from start to finish (she even supported us when we had experienced loss in our family), and felt that we have gained a lifelong friend in the process.
