In April 2013, my wife and I got very troubling news that the house we had occupied with our 3 (soon to be 4) kids for a couple years was going to be sold and that we had 60 days to leave. At first in seemed like we were attempting a nearly impossible task. We were fortunate enough to fall in love with the first open house we visited. They then guided us every step of the way though the maze of contingencies and paperwork to get us to the light at the end of closing, with even a couple of weeks to spare before we had to move!

A few months after we moved in, we experienced some rather inconvenient and expensive plumbing difficulties. First time I Met Suzanne she was very much a peoples person easy to talk to and very friendly. Very personable but very businesslike. We heard lot of good things about Suzanne from some friends, and we decided to go with her. I was a first time homebuyer but had viewed homes with about 5 other realtors prior. Suzanne was extremely helpful and answered questions I didn’t even know to ask. Buying and selling a home during a pandemic became quite a daunting task. Suzanne knowing that the home we were selling was our very first home. It was very sentimental to us, and we honestly were not too realistic about the sale price. Instead of criticizing our sale price, Suzanne patiently listened, offered amazing advice on strategies on how we could get our asking price. After carefully listening to Suzanne, we decided to do a last-minute overhaul of our place (professional cleaning, painting, repairs, staging etc...). Suzanne then continued to work her magic through the pandemic and got our house listed well above market value (amazing pictures, high visibility listings, excellent marketing). We ended up selling our home above asking price, which astonished me. I truly believe it was with Suzanne's impeccable talent for real estate that we were able to sell our home during a pandemic stress free (offer accepted within the first week of listing). As for buying a home.....every house we liked seemed to go from "on sale" to "pending" within a few days of listing. But luckily, we had Suzanne on our side. Throughout the whole process, Suzanne was very helpful in finding us the perfect house. First off, she was a great listener and took in all our input and also gave her honest opinions along the way. A perfect example of this, was early in the home buying process, we were making offers under asking with plenty of contingencies. In hindsight, I now know how unbelievably clueless I was. Instead of getting frustrated with us, Suzanne patiently went with our offer and tried her best to talk to the selling agent to accept our offer. In reality, the property had multiple offers all going well over asking. Eventually we understood where Suzanne was coming from…. We gradually started making more competitive offers and after each failed bid, Suzanne gave us an honest opinion of where we could improve. There were some homes where we went with no contingencies and about 100k over and still lost the bid. We were devastated, but Suzanne was by our side and gave us the motivation to move forward. We understood that we were in the perfect storm for selling properties (low inventory coupled with all time low interest rates) and we had to be patient. Suzanne was also extremely accessible and only a quick phone call or text away. On more than one or two occasions I forgot and called her late at night and still got a response. Suzanne's response time is incredibly fast which made this process move seamlessly in addition to finalizing deals. Finally, after guiding us to finding the perfect home, she helped put together a strategic game plan to win the bid while staying well within budget!! Amazing does not describe Suzanne! From our first meeting I felt like I was in good hands. She researched my area and kept up with the competition. I had not kept up with house maintenance so she knew the selling points that I should put money into to bring top dollar. She had a variety of contractors to contact and most of the work was done after I had left the state, so I did trust her to put her best into my house - like it was her own. She always kept me informed or explained all the legal documents, so I felt comfortable signing. Suzanne is the realtor that you should hire for the best buying or selling experience.

I can't say enough good things about Suzanne. Our home needed a few things done to make it look its best, and Suzanne helped us out and arranged the crews to come in and touch things up. Our first buyer fell through, but Suzanne jumped back on it, and we were back into contract within 48 hours and for a higher sale price. She even was familiar and helpful arranging a remote contract signing as we had already moved out of our home. Again, she is amazing with her industry knowledge, keeping in contact and up to date with her clients, and using her network to reach out to contractors and other agents to get things done.

Suzanne is really really fabulous. She is extremely knowledgeable, and shares all relevant knowledge she has. She really understands budgets, wants, and needs. She is so friendly and upbeat all the time. She also has a lot of contacts in the industry. She our diamond in the rough and we are so excited. My husband and I owe a heartfelt thank you and more to Suzanne. During our 6 month adventure as first time homebuyers, Suzanne amazed us again and again. I tried 3 real estate agents prior to being referred to Suzanne by a friend, and those 3 other agents didn't even come close to my experience with Suzanne which was nothing short of phenomenal. She has become a friend at this point and I actually miss chatting with her (and still do on occasion!). Suzanne helped us buy our first home, meeting ALL our criteria (and there were many difficult ones, given optimal price / size / location etc.) in the height of the competitive landscape (Oct 2021) - and even found us an incredible loan agent that helped us close under 21 days and secured an incredibly competitive rate that no other bank could even come close to (despite rates shooting up the day our offer got accepted). Throughout the process, we felt like her only client (this was the way she was described by my friend as well) - she was incredibly responsive, proactive, scrappy - she would build/maintain relationships with agents for every home we were interested in and continually give us updates / insights / opportunities / deals throughout. In the 7 months we worked with her, she must've sent me at least 100 disclosures (and answered questions on at least 40 of them), presented us with 7 insanely competitive deals, let us know about 20 homes before they were coming onto market, saw at least 25 homes in-person shortly after it was listed, helped us put in close to 10 offers (landing the final one - which was our favorite and dream home, at a great price: our home has already risen in 125K in value since purchasing while all the other homes we saw have been declining in value). During and throughout the searching / purchasing process she would pre-emptively help us identify/flag dealbreakers and/or home issues, and help us find bids/professional insights to resolve such issues. We felt incredibly supported as both friend and client from start to finish (she even supported us when we had experienced loss in our family), and felt that we have gained a lifelong friend in the process. We are incredibly grateful for Suzanne and highly refer her to anyone and everyone.
